Gulu District: TERP Media has started trainings across the country for Youth and Women in Entrepreneurship Skills supported by the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).
The participants in Gulu exceeded our expectations both in numbers (over 450 people for the next two days) and enterprise. About 50% already run piggery, grain, chicken and market vending businesses and interested in building their skills to become better business people.
Many of the young people looked and sounded excited about the possibility of starting and successfully building their businesses in their region.
We can’t wait to see what impact this little contribution makes to Acholi sub region and our country’s future. I thank our team of trainers and our staff for their support along with URSB.
